Tai Chi is an easy and inexpensive way to improve employee health and productivity.
A combination of slow movement, meditation and mindfulness, Tai Chi has many general health and stress management benefits. Originally a Chinese martial art, it has now spread worldwide as it helps instil a state of mental calm and clarity.
We introduce participants to easy, widely-practised movements, focusing on mindfulness of breathing and body sensations.
Providing these classes assists staff to improve concentration, gain greater clarity of mind, make better decisions and improve personal productivity as well as achieve a broad sense of health and wellbeing. The classes can be done almost anywhere (boardroom, lunchroom, outdoors with a wet weather backup), and everyone of all different fitness levels and ages can participate.
We recommend an initial term of 8 weekly sessions.
